In this role, you’ll support recruiting efforts for light industrial and clerical roles, helping candidates navigate the job search process while ensuring we meet client staffing needs. This is a great opportunity for someone fluent in both Spanish and English who enjoys working with people and wants to grow in the staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively recruit candidates through job boards, walk-ins, referrals, and local outreach
• Conduct screenings and interviews for light industrial and clerical placements
• Explain job responsibilities, extend offers, and onboard candidates
• Maintain frequent communication with candidates via phone, email, and in person
• Visit client sites to monitor employee performance and build strong relationships
• Enter and maintain accurate candidate records, schedules, and documentation
• Work closely with your team to meet daily and weekly recruiting goals

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, customer service, or another people-focused role
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and applicant tracking systems)
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Friendly, professional communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organization and prioritization abilities
• Preferred: Candidates living within 25 miles of Hamilton, NJ
