Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Product Owner with strong expertise in the Banking domain , specifically across Payments, Credit Cards, and Treasury Services , with a solid understanding of Customer Acquisition journeys. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and cross-functional partners to define, prioritize, and deliver high-impact banking products.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap for Banking and Payment solutions , including Credit Card and Treasury Services .
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary liaison between business, technology, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk considerations are incorporated into product design.
• Analyze customer acquisition funnels and propose enhancements to improve onboarding and conversion.
• Track product performance using relevant KPIs and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 9–11 years of overall experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager in the Banking domain .
• Strong hands-on experience in Payments , Credit Cards , and/or Treasury Services .
• Good understanding of customer acquisition , onboarding workflows, and digital banking journeys.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to write clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with US banks or large financial institutions.
• Exposure to digital banking platforms and payment ecosystems.
• CSPO / SAFe PO or similar Agile certifications (preferred).
