Accounts Sale and Service/Sales Support
Duties
- Learn all functions of the Account Sales and Service Team
- Learn product lines and product specifications
- Work with assigned Regional Sales Representative on daily management of customer accounts
- Assist in growing sales by analyzing customer sales and needs
- Management of GDSN (Global Data Synchronization Network) platform
- Communicates with other departments to ensure customer needs are met or exceeded
- All other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop required
- Knowledge of EDI preferred but not required (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience with ERP Systems preferred but not required (SAP, JD Edwards, Aspen, Microsoft Dynamics etc.)
Education / Training
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to Read and Write English
Related Experience/Requirements
- Preferred 1-3 years’ experience in food production or food warehousing
- Preferred 2 years' customer service experience
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs. The employee may occasionally lift or move office products and supplies.
Rate: $22.00-$24.00
