We are currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
the The 300+ market-rate apartment community is located in Hamilton Township, NJ (08619).
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate the time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Assist with apartment turns/empties
- Carpentry - tile work, appliance repairs
- Light plumbing and electrical
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in multifamily maintenance
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
