AI Systems Specialist
Seeking a tech-savvy AI specialist to work with all departments to understand existing workflows, systems, and challenges, and identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, automation, decision-making, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Meet with each department to map current processes and software systems.
Identify repetitive tasks, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities.
Evaluate and implement AI tools that align with business needs.
Train teams on AI best practices and adoption.
Build AI-powered workflows, automations, and reporting solutions.
Monitor results and continuously improve AI implementations.
Stay current on emerging AI technologies and recommend new use cases.
Ideal Skills:
Strong technical aptitude and systems thinking.
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, etc.).
Process improvement and workflow design.
Automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate, etc.).
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Project management and change management skills.
