We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach, who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. No soccer experience needed - you will be given access to prewritten lesson plans and videos. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, child development, or is simply looking for a ground-floor opportunity with a growing company!

About Us

Youth Athletes United was created to provide the best programming and service in the market for youth sports, starting with their first sports experience. Our goal is to provide an experience where every child is an athlete. The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board. We have been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.

Requirements

The ideal candidate has to love working with young children and be passionate about their development. Flexibility is preferred as the classes will take place during the day, as part of after school programs and possibly on weekends. Classes will be held at schools, recreation centers and parks so a reliable form of transportation is required.

New coaches will typically work from 5 to 25 classes a week (depending on availability, performance and preference) and each class runs from 30 to 60 minutes. WE NEED FRIDAY AFTERNOON AVAILABILITY
