Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for treatment, ensuring comfort and confidence.
- Assist the dentist using four-handed dentistry techniques.
- Select and prepare instruments, equipment, and materials.
- Sterilize instruments per strict infection control protocols.
- Support lab procedures and manage patient records with accuracy.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment rooms.
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Dental Assistant with 3+ years of experience, preferred
- Dental implant experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Oryx software, a plus.
- Current CPR certification.
- Detail-oriented with strong manual dexterity and a positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mentality.
- High school diploma required; dental assistant program graduate preferred.
- EFDA certification is a plus.
