About Us
Insurcomm Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency response you can rely on when everything needs to go right. For more than 30 years, we have helped property owners, facility teams, and communities recover from fire, water, mold, storms, and environmental hazards.
As part of Fortify Companies, we are part of something bigger. Fortify’s roots are in restoration—helping families and businesses recover when disaster strikes. But we’re building something beyond recovery: a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild.
Through our family of companies, we deliver coordinated care from prevention to restoration across 210+ markets nationwide, backed by Summit Partners. Our teams, technology, and local expertise come together so property owners and insurers get fewer losses, faster recoveries, and someone they can trust.

About the Job
Insurcomm is growing its presence in New Jersey, and we need a Regional Manager who knows the market, is connected in it, and is ready to own it from day one. This is not a role for someone looking to maintain a steady state. It is for an operator who leads from the front, treats branch P&L performance as a personal scorecard, and builds the kind of referral relationships that drive sustainable revenue year over year.
You will oversee daily operations across your assigned New Jersey locations, develop local leadership talent, and drive top-line growth while consistently improving job-level margins, cycle times, and conversion rates. You will have the backing of our corporate team and the autonomy to make the day-to-day calls that move the business forward.
This role is a direct path into a Regional Director position for high performers ready to take on a broader remit, including greenfield market development across the region. If you are competitive, operationally sharp, and motivated to build something meaningful in a market you know, this is your next step.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Performance
· Full P&L accountability across assigned locations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance management
· Monitor KPIs including contribution margin, gross margin, EBITDA margin, DSO/DPOs, and more; implement corrective actions as needed
· Proactively manage the cash conversion cycle; drive underbilling resolution and ensure timely, accurate invoicing discipline across all open jobs
Business Development & Partnerships
· Build and maintain relationships with key referral sources including insurance carriers, property managers, and commercial accounts across New Jersey
· Execute local go-to-market strategy in coordination with regional business development resources and Corporate Marketing
· Identify opportunities to grow wallet share within existing accounts and capture new referral partner relationships
Operations & Service Excellence
· Oversee day-to-day operations across up to three branch locations, ensuring high standards in service delivery, safety, and compliance
· Implement best practices to optimize operational efficiency, manage operating expenses, and improve job-level contribution margins
· Monitor key cycle time stages—from lead receipt through job close—and drive accountability for improvement
· Leverage our shared technology platform to deliver consistent customer experiences from first call to final walkthrough
Team Leadership & Culture
· Lead, mentor, and develop local branch teams to foster a culture of accountability, performance, and service excellence
· Embody the player-coach mentality: willing to roll up your sleeves alongside your team when needed
· Promote cross-functional collaboration between field operations and corporate support functions
· Identify and develop future branch leadership talent within your team
Brand & Customer Experience
· Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction across all branch locations, delivering on our promise of clear communication, no surprises, and dependable outcomes
· Represent Insurcomm Restoration as a brand ambassador at local and regional industry events and trade associations across New Jersey
Requirements
Qualifications:
· 5–10 years of operations or field leadership experience in restoration, construction, disaster recovery, or related property services (e.g., HVAC, waterproofing, remediation)
· Demonstrated success managing branch or site-level P&L with a track record of margin improvement and revenue growth
· Ability to balance hands-on field execution with structured management discipline across multiple locations
· Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, forecasts, and job-level profitability
· Proven ability to develop frontline teams, drive accountability, and build a performance-oriented culture
· Effective communicator with the presence to lead teams and represent the company with external partners
· Established relationships in the New Jersey insurance carrier, property management, or restoration community strongly preferred
· Willingness to travel regularly across assigned New Jersey locations; regional travel expected up to 25%
You'll Thrive Here If You Are...
· An operator who leads from the front and holds yourself to the same standards you set for your team
· Energized by multi-site complexity and motivated by clear, measurable results
· Attracted to compensation structures that reward performance and results
· Entrepreneurial with a drive for continuous improvement and growth within your region
· Mission-driven, competitive, and ready to grow into a broader regional leadership role
· Connected in New Jersey—you bring established local and regional industry relationships or the drive to build them fast
