We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure seamless transaction flow.
- Manage customer accounts by addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments to facilitate order fulfillment.
- Handle inbound calls professionally, providing clear and helpful responses to customer questions.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to track orders, maintain records, and communicate effectively.
- Document all customer interactions in an organized manner for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service quality.
- Address customer concerns promptly, offering solutions in line with company policies.
- Monitor order status and proactively provide updates to customers.
- Support additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
• Proficiency in order entry and account management processes.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, for handling inbound calls and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for managing documentation and communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide resolutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Team player with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and customers.
