We are seeking licensed and provisionally licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload and be open to seeing children 5+, with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely. Who We Are:

- Participate in clinical staff meetings and training
- Maintain documentation per company policies
- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
- Clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LAC, LAMFT, LSW) or provisional licensure in New Jersey
- Strong diagnostic and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records( exp with Valant a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
- Engage in social work activities to address patient needs.
- Participate in behavioral health interventions within the hospital setting.
