Salesforce Developer

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a related technical field.

Experience:

• Seven (7) years + of experience in application development activities, including requirement gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation with emphasis on Salesforce, Force.com, object-oriented programming, and Client Server technologies.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Salesforce declarative environment; hands-on Salesforce configuration experience; experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs – Force.com, SOAP, REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API
• Salesforce developer or admin track certifications
• Experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, and Oracle is preferable; experience with Agile development
• Document application specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements
• Develop and code solutions to specifications; lead design sessions, identify and implement appropriate testing strategies
• Execute all steps required to deploy the application solution
• Identify gaps between current and desired states, propose solutions, and implement them.
