- Perform dental cleanings, including scaling, polishing, and removing plaque and tartar.
- Apply fluoride treatments and sealants as needed.
- Take dental X-rays.
- Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal assessments.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, nutrition, and preventative dental care.
- Record patient medical and dental histories accurately.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures when required.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Adhere to all infection control protocols and safety procedures.
- Document treatments and findings in patient records using open dental.
- Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
- Certification in local anesthesia and radiography as required by state law.
- Proven ability to provide exceptional, patient-centered care —this is not just a routine dental office; we go above and beyond for every patient.
- Must be genuinely friendly, kind, and welcoming , creating a positive and comfortable experience for all patients.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and best practices.
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused, and team-oriented.

- Full-time or part-time position; schedule may include evening or Saturday hours depending on the practice.
