Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence for internal and external communication.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications including emails, phone calls, and document distribution.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and basic financial documentation.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Coordinate office meetings, schedules, events, and team activities.
- Support administrative tasks such as time entry, ordering office supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Assist teams with project coordination and administrative support.
- Maintain databases and update records using office management systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidential information.
