ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Present games in a live streaming environment adhering to a multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services New Jersey regulations and live unit policies and procedures.
• Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
• Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring and following the given table schedule, following instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
• Adhere to gaming studios rules and any other rules that management may be introduced at any time.
• Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
• Creates a fun and engaging atmosphere while hosting the game.
• Keeps a high energy and entertains customers through the game.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations and adapt to changes during the game.
• Being comfortable addressing large audience, speaking clearly and engagingly.
• The ability to connect with players and make them feel part of the show.
• Provide players with timely, accurate and professional assistance with the related game general questions and communicate with players according to chat policy.
• Immediately report to the Pit-boss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems and / or unusual activities in gaming studios and other company’s premises caused by other employees or other causes.
• Attend educational events, briefings, sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
• Participate in company promotions thought marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with management and peers.
• Keep confidential information within the company’s authorized individuals.
• Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

• High School Diploma / GED.
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
• Basic computer skills- MS Office, electronic mail, etc.
• Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanour, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards.
• Ability to deal, sort, shuffle and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctuality and attention to detail.
• Be able to wear assigned uniforms.
• Must be able to obtain a New Jersey Gaming License and West Virginia Casino Employee Registration.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Pay Rate: $18 hourly + Pooled tips + Hourly Perfomance Bonus (Bonus range from $.25 – $5.00)
• Vacation Days: 5 days
• Sick Time: 5 days

Physical Functions

• Prolonged sitting at counter highchair and tables
• Prolonged standing for up to 2 hours at time.
• Ability to maintain physical stamina for extended periods.
• Repeated use of both hands and arms.

• Ability to see and read a screen chat from 3 feet away.
• Ability to engage and communicate with customers while on live table.
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to be on live cameras constantly with high beam lighting without protective eyewear.
