How you'll make an impact

Works under direct supervision of a more senior staff member, to proactively manage the property/casualty claims programs for assigned clients, consults and provides advice to clients as appropriate. Develops basic functional knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures for the claims practice. Applies a range of standard skills within a specific practice area. Works within specific limits and authority on assignments that are routine and of low to moderate complexity. Works within specific limits and authority to manage claims. Pursues continuing education for increased technical expertise and gain proficiency as a client advocate.
About You

Required: Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred: Internship or 1 Year of related experience preferred.

Behaviors: Strong knowledge and working ability to use all claims and business related software.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
