Administrative Assistant – Basking Ridge, NJ - $40k to $60k d/o/e

Looking to work for a company whose mission will make you happy to go to work?! Then our client can use your administrative and organizational skills for this busy spot.

Responsibilities include:

Ø Provide direct administrative support to the Executive Director and Department Heads.

Ø Draft, proofread, manage email, letters, and other written correspondence.

Ø Assist with creation, maintenance and updating of organizational policies and procedures.

Ø Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT and software related issues in coordination with IT support when necessary.

Ø Organize and maintain digital and paper filing systems.

Ø Coordinate interdepartmental communications to ensure smooth operations.

Ø Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes as needed.

Ø Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Ø Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries for leadership.

Ø Support special projects and organizational initiatives.

Ø Track and follow up on outstanding tasks, project timelines, and deliverables.

Ø Compile, organize and summarize data for internal reporting and quality improvement purposes.

Ø Assist in managing schedules, calendars, coordinating travel and conference arrangements.

Requirements include:

Ø Associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

Ø Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience, preferrable in healthcare or nonprofit organizations.

Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other common business software, familiarity with database management preferred.

Ø Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ø Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
