Job Title: Yard WorkerJob Description

We are seeking an entry-level yard worker to clean and prepare steel forms used for concrete projects worldwide. This role involves cleaning and preparing forms for painting and repair, assembling and disassembling components, and moving and stacking parts as needed. The position requires operating material handling equipment and ensuring that all operational procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare steel forms for concrete projects.
• Prepare forms for painting and repair.
• Assemble and disassemble components.
• Move and stack parts as required.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Count, stack, bundle, band, and palletize parts.
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures.

Essential Skills

• General labor experience.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow directions and move products.
• Capability to help assemble products.
• Experience in cleaning and heavy lifting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Capability to work with minimal supervision.
• Punctual and reliable.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00/hr.
