About The Role

  • We are seeking an experienced Ataccama MDM Architect to lead the design implementation and optimization of enterprise Master Data Management MDM solutions using the Ataccama ONE platform.
  • The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MDM architecture data quality metadata management data governance and cloud based data ecosystems.
  • This role will partner closely with business stakeholders data governance teams domain experts and engineering teams to establish trusted governed and AIready master data assets across the enterprise

Key Responsibilities

MDM Strategy Architecture

  • Define and implement enterprise MDM strategy leveraging Ataccama ONE
  • Design scalable multidomain MDM solutions covering Customer Product Vendor Employee and Reference Data domains
  • Develop conceptual logical and physical master data models aligned with business objectives
  • Establish golden record creation survivorship matching merging and hierarchy management strategies
  • Create enterprise reference architecture and roadmap for MDM modernization initiatives


Ataccama Platform Leadership

  • Architect and implement Ataccama ONE MDM solutions including
  • Data Model Configuration
  • Matching Survivorship Rules
  • Workflow Design
  • Reference Data Management
  • Hierarchy Management
  • Data Stewardship Workflows
  • Data Quality Monitoring
  • Configure and optimize data quality frameworks using Ataccama profiling validation standardization and cleansing capabilities
    Lead platform upgrades performance tuning and scalability planning

Key Responsibilities 2

Data Governance Quality

  • Collaborate with Data Governance teams to define Data ownership Stewardship models Business glossaries Data policies and Data quality standards
  • Implement measurement frameworks for Completeness Accuracy Consistency Timeliness and Uniqueness
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements

Integration Engineering

  • Design integration architectures across
  • Cloud and on premises systems
  • ERP platforms SAP Oracle
  • CRM platforms Salesforce Dynamics
  • Data Warehouses and Data Lakes
  • Streaming and API ecosystems
  • Develop MDM integration patterns using APIs ETLELT pipelines and event driven architectures
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to establish reusable integration frameworks


Stakeholder Management

  • Conduct business requirement workshops and data discovery sessions
  • Translate business requirements into scalable MDM architecture solutions
  • Partner with business data stewards and domain owners to drive adoption and governance maturity
  • Present architecture recommendations and implementation roadmaps to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Management or related field
  • 8 years of experience in Data Management Data Architecture or MDM
  • 3 years of hands on experience with Ataccama ONE platform
  • Proven experience implementing enterprise scale MDM solutions
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts Data Governance Data Quality Management Metadata Management and Reference Data Management
  • Expertise in SQL Data Modeling ETLELT Frameworks API Integration and Cloud Data Platforms

The disclosed range represents the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting, although we may ultimately pay more or less than the disclosed range, and the range may be modified in the future. The disclosed range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, geographic location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $110841 to $145000 /yearly.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$110841 to $145000

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
