Therapist
To provide in-home therapy, supportive counseling, and service linkages for individuals over the age of 60 who are experiencing emotional distress. Primary Position Responsibilities: Provides direct services in a clinically appropriate and sensitive manner. Demonstrates knowledge of entitlement programs. Completes all Hunterdon Older Adult Program (HOAP) documentation. Interacts and collaborates with healthcare departments, community providers, and families.
