Long-Term Contract Data Entry Position available ASAP
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Administrative Support Specialist to assist our teams. This is a long-term temporary position ideal for someone who is highly organized, computer-savvy, and able to work quickly while maintaining accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
Provide administrative support.
Maintain and update internal records and databases
Assist with document management and filing
Communicate with team members to ensure paperwork and records are accurate and up to date
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Prior administrative or data entry experience preferred
