Lease Administrative Assistant

Location: Chatham, NJ

Salary: $50-$55k

PrideStaff is working with a real estate development firm in Chatham, NJ, seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrative Assistant to support the leasing and administrative functions of the organization. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with the Lease VP and company principals on key operational and lease-related processes.

Responsibilities:

• Track leases and commission agreements from draft to completion
• Process signed and executed lease documents
• Enter and maintain lease data in the company’s lease management portal
• Prepare and update lease files and internal tracking reports
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as correspondence, document organization, and filing
• Communicate with internal departments, brokers, and tenants as needed to ensure accurate information flow
• Support the leasing team with ad hoc projects and special assignments

Requirements:

• 2+ years of administrative experience; real estate or property management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with lease administration or document tracking systems a plus
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
