Inventory Clerk I

Midway Staffing is currently hiring for an Inventory Clerk I position in Westampton, NJ. This is a great entry-level opportunity for candidates looking to grow their warehouse and inventory experience while working in a supportive environment. The role combines both warehouse and office responsibilities and offers hands-on experience with inventory systems and warehouse equipment.

Location: Westampton, NJ
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Potential overtime available, but not frequent
Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hour
Interviews: In-person interviews required

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory balances and inventory records
• Use RF scanners/devices to track inventory transactions and stock levels
• Operate Crown Order Picker equipment that reaches up to 40 feet in the air
• Review and reconcile inventory discrepancies in warehouse systems
• Perform both warehouse duties (75%) and office/data entry tasks (25%)
• Participate in daily stand-up safety meetings and follow safety procedures
• Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately and on time
• Communicate inventory issues or stock concerns to supervisors when needed
• Assist with physical inventories and additional tasks as assigned

• 0–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
• Must be able to speak, read, and communicate in English
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic math skills including addition and subtraction required
• Experience reconciling warehouse inventory systems is a plus
• Ability to lift and move up to 10 lbs
• Comfortable working in a dry warehouse environment with temperatures ranging from 60–90 degrees
• Steel toe boots/shoes are highly recommended
• Appropriate warehouse attire required (shorts, jeans, athletic wear allowed if appropriate)
