Are you passionate about preparing and reviewing Individual and Corporate Income Tax returns? A boutique accounting firm in Westfield, NJ, specializing in services for individuals and closely held businesses, is seeking a full-time accountant for immediate hire. The ideal candidate will thrive in tax return preparation, review, and planning for both individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns.
• Engage in proactive short-term and long-term tax planning.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of tax season experience in Public Accounting and Tax Planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Lacerte tax software and QuickBooks is a plus.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred.
