Pharmacy Material Handler

Location: Montville, NJ | Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Material Handler to join our team. This position focuses primarily on material handling and shipping/receiving tasks rather than medication packing. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse activities.

• Pack products according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare shipments for carrier pickup and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain adequate stock of production supplies, gel packs, ice, and ambient materials.
• Create or correct shipping labels as needed.
• Transport packages to shipping, mail, and courier areas.
• Receive incoming goods and verify accuracy.
• Learn and operate commercial courier and shipping systems.
• Perform routine tasks such as trash removal and equipment organization.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, or 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Preferred: Experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting.

• Warehouse setting with a focus on shipping and receiving operations.
• Shift hours: Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM.
• Requires attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Montville, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.50/hr.
