We're hiring Customer Sales Representatives to join our growing team in North , New Jersey . This is an entry-level position with hands-on training, designed for individuals who want to develop in sales, marketing, and leadership—no prior experience required.

What You’ll Do:

• Represent top telecom clients through in-person customer engagement in retail settings

• Promote products and services, provide solutions, and assist with purchases

• Deliver excellent customer service while building lasting relationships

• Assist with account management and follow-ups

• Participate in team meetings, leadership training, and development sessions

• Support the team in achieving weekly sales and service goals

• We do NOT participate in door to door sales
