Scientist
- Contract Role: 6 months
- Pay: $40.44/hr on W2
- Support bioinformatic analysis of multi-omics datasets (microbiome, metabolomics, transcriptomics) and interpret results from various in vitro and ex vivo skin models.
- Track project milestones, manage logistics and supplies, and ensure all data is accurately analyzed, organized, and uploaded to internal databases.
- Coordinate with clinical, safety, and analytical teams to evaluate actives and synthesize technical findings into high-quality reports for stakeholders..
- MS or PhD in a life sciences field (Biology, Bioinformatics, Microbiology, etc.) with at least 2 years of practical experience in academia or industry.
- Proficiency in R or Python for bioinformatic analysis is essential, alongside a strong preference for knowledge in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) and microbiome research.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills, with the ability to manage projects and deliver professional presentations using Microsoft Office.
