Otter Swim School is Hiring Summer Swim Instructors! (Potential for Year-Round)
Do you love the water and have a knack for working with kids? Are you enthusiastic, patient, and looking for a rewarding summer job with the possibility of long-term growth? If so, Otter Swim School wants you to join our vibrant team for the Summer of 2025!

At Otter Swim School, we're passionate about teaching essential water safety skills in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. We believe that learning to swim is a life-saving skill, and our instructors play a crucial role in building confidence and ability in our students of all ages and skill levels.

What You'll Do:
* Provide high-quality swim instruction to individuals and small groups, following the Otter Swim School curriculum.
* Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
* Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Ensure the safety of all students in and around the pool area.
* Maintain accurate class records.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress.
* Assist with pool setup and cleanup as needed.
* Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings.
What We're Looking For:
* A genuine passion for swimming and working with children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
* Strong work ethic and reliability.
* Ability to follow instructions and implement our curriculum effectively.
* Current certifications in Lifeguarding, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain them).
* Previous experience as a swim instructor or working with children in a similar capacity is a plus.
