STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP COORDINATOR

Overview:
Our Fund Development Department has an immediate opening for a Strategic Partnership Coordinator, with excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the development, distribution and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limited to newsletters, brochures, website, and prepare social media posts.
Coordinate webpage maintenance and ensure new and consistent information (article links, stories, events) is posted in a timely manner. Ensure there are no issues or challenges to donors giving online.
Help create agency publications and marketing materials. Examples of projects include newsletter, annual report brochures and special event collateral.
Identify and implement public relations opportunities and attend community events and/or presentations as appropriate.
Ensure brand identity and integrity.
Identify, develop, manage, and expand relationships with donors.
Develop and ensure the completion of direct mail campaigns, including writing appeal letters, working with printers/vendors, and ensuring mailing lists are accurate, and thank you letter templates are periodically refreshed/updated.
Cultivate E-Helpers through regular solicitations for residents' special requests. Track giving and ensure that you correspondence is sent.
Update donor records and run queries as needed. Enter donor information in database according to policy.
Manage donor database and run queries when needed.
Assist in the coordination of all special event fundraising activities using special event committees.
Help develop funding sources (sponsors) and in-kind donors for events.
Lead efforts to attract civic, employee resource groups, and similar organizations' support to host events for the agency and attend events as necessary.
Send all thank you letters out according to agency policy.
Maintain agency log of all checks/monetary donations received.
Assist with other fund development activities as necessary.
Comply with all Visions and Pathways ethical fundraising practices and the Association of Fundraising Executives Code of Ethics.
Work effectively and efficiently with all volunteers, as appropriate.
Be sensitive to cultural, religious, racial, disability and gender issues.
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications or another related field. Excellent oral and written skills required, skilled in social media and presentation/''storytelling.'' Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage business relationships in a professional and confidential manner.
