This role ensures that AI-related knowledge is curated, contextualized, and made accessible to drive confident adoption and informed decision-making. This position focuses on knowledge architecture and insight dissemination, not simply content creation. It complements other AI Literacy roles by enabling structured access to insights and fostering a shared understanding of AI tools and knowledge across R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, curate and distribute AI insights through newsletters, summaries, and pathways to ensure broad access across teams.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge-sharing framework that promotes cross-functional collaboration and prevents siloed information.
• Build a shared language around AI concepts and explain them in different formats and to different audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted content to address them.
• Continuously improve knowledge dissemination methods using digital tools and innovative formats.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $137,000 to $235,750 Additional Description for Pay Transparency Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following: Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
