Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Process Engineer to support the development, optimization, and documentation of manufacturing processes. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are eager to build hands-on experience across a variety of industrial processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve controlled technical documentation, including prints, procedures, bills of materials (BOMs), and routers
• Support a wide range of manufacturing processes such as machining, finishing, forging, casting, cleaning, heat treating, bonding, and molding
• Assist in conducting feasibility studies to estimate product costs and evaluate capital equipment, capacity, and capability requirements
• Analyze and improve process methods to ensure performance, quality, and efficiency standards are met
• Execute assigned tasks in alignment with project plans and schedules
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering
• Apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance manufacturing processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Ability to balance quality, compliance, and safety requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills using quality and statistical tools
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple moderately complex tasks
• Effective collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience , OR
