What We Need from You:

• Valid Driver’s License : ????Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license to ensure reliable transportation for job-related travel.
• English Skills : You can read, write, and chat with ease.
• Reliable Transportation : Your clients count on you, so dependable wheels are a must! ????
• Preferred Experience : 1+ year in a healthcare setting is the cherry on top.

Your Role:

As a Companion, you’ll be an essential part of our clients' daily lives. Your tasks will be guided by the care plan (POC) created by our nurses. Responsibilities include:

• Follows the care plan for tasks
• Records observations and tasks and signs each entry in the appropriate form for each visit made.
• Communicate on a weekly basis or more often as necessary with the nursing supervisor.
• Immediately reports emergency situations by phone to nursing supervisor or office.
• Keeps an accurate time and mileage report.
• Follow assignments and regulations.
• Follow specific office orders for each client.
• Uses policy manual as guidelines.
• Works within the organizational channel of authority and knows the area of responsibility of all other team members.
• Wear appropriate clothing and ID badge when at work.

What You Bring:

• Communication Skills: Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.
• Travel Ready: Must be able to travel to clients’ homes.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to document visits and follow the care plan meticulously.
