Licensed Therapist - Full Time and Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY:

Are you “all-in” when it comes to helping people through steady, compassionate, and ethical care?

You’ll provide high quality, client centered therapy to the client populations you choose to serve based on your clinical expertise and experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Here’s what you’ll be doing day to day:

• Provide thoughtful, ethical, and compassionate therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes, within 24 hours of completion.
• Adhere to professional and legal standards while upholding client confidentiality.
• Support a positive, collaborative team culture that values consistency and care.
• Manage your caseload with clarity and structure—up to 32 clients per week, full-time, or 18 clients per week, part-time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You’re a great fit if you:

• Hold an active NJ license: LAC, LAMFT, LSW, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPAT
• Are passionate about working with couples, children, or teens
• Thrive in a structured, ethical environment that values consistent, high-quality work
• Are detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated by service
• Communicate with care, clarity, and professionalism

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Wage: $50 - $75

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Work flexible hours with availability for afternoons, evenings (3–9 PM), or Saturdays (9–4 PM).
