- Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Maintain a regular travel schedule to visit customers, prospects, and trade events within the region.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the assigned region.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical information, and pricing proposals.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal departments (customer service, production, logistics).
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
- Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and updates to regional management.
- Track and analyze regional sales data to identify growth opportunities.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 35 years of outside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, and packaging
- Proven ability to manage regional territories and develop new business.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned region.
- Need to beauty industry experience
This is a remote position.
