Job Description

Job Description

US Career Partners is pleased to recruit for this distinguished opportunity with a well-established community outpatient medical center. This position offers exceptional clinical support, above-market compensation, and the chance to make a real difference.

  • A Practice Built Around Physician Success. This is not simply a good work environment — it is an exceptional one, built with the physician experience as a central priority. Providers here benefit from comprehensive administrative support, with dedicated RNs, caseworkers, and care coordinators managing all follow-up and administrative legwork so that physicians can focus entirely on clinical care. The result is a practice where the day-to-day is genuinely enjoyable and professionally fulfilling.
  • A Beloved Community Center with a Fully Integrated Clinical Ecosystem. This practice is not a hospital system or a large institutional setting — it is a deeply rooted, beloved community medical home where patients and providers alike feel at home. What further distinguishes it is its fully internal, collaborative structure connecting Otolaryngology directly with specialists and primary care providers under one roof. Outside referrals are largely eliminated — consultations and coordinated care happen seamlessly within the organization. This not only makes the experience dramatically more enjoyable for providers, it leads to meaningfully better patient outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Above-Market Compensation — Wherever You Are in Your Career. Whether coming straight out of residency or bringing years of established practice, every candidate can expect a clear and meaningful upgrade from their current or expected compensation. This organization pays above market as a matter of principle, combined with a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a full range of performance bonuses — ensuring that what is offered here stands apart from what is available elsewhere.
  • High-Impact, Community-Centered Medicine. This role offers the opportunity to serve a rich and diverse patient population drawn from across the broader community, including vulnerable and underserved populations for whom quality ENT care is especially critical. The scope and significance of the work here are substantial.

Position Overview:

Our client is a thriving community outpatient medical center seeking a dedicated Otolaryngologist to provide comprehensive, patient-centered ENT care on a full-time basis, with scheduling flexibility. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a deeply collaborative, multidisciplinary team committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medicine and building meaningful, long-term relationships with patients.

Central, Suburban Jersey Location:

This position is based in a safe, vibrant, and welcoming suburban community in New Jersey — just a comfortable distance from New York City and a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore. The area offers residents a high quality of life with all modern conveniences, a community atmosphere, and the kind of environment where both careers and families genuinely thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a broad range of ear, nose, and throat conditions across a diverse patient population
  • Perform in-office and outpatient procedures including, but not limited to, ear tube placements, tonsillectomies, and sinus surgeries
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients managing acute and chronic ENT conditions
  • Collaborate within a fully integrated internal care team spanning Otolaryngology, specialists, and primary care services
  • Coordinate care for patients with complex ENT needs, ensuring seamless continuity within the organization
  • Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, and ongoing care
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with established standards
  • Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote awareness of ENT health
  • Remain current with advancements and best practices in the field of Otolaryngology
  • Communicate with professionalism and clarity with patients, families, and fellow healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Residency training in Otolaryngology
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Otolaryngology
  • Strong clinical acumen and comprehensive knowledge of ENT conditions and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based, integrated care model
  • Compassionate, patient-first approach to clinical practice
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical care

Compensation & Benefits:

This position offers a highly competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:

  • Above-market base salary representing a meaningful upgrade from current or expected compensation, regardless of career stage
  • Sign-on bonus
  • Relocation assistance
  • RVU bonus
  • Approximately 30 days of paid time off annually, inclusive of holidays when the practice is closed
  • Sick days
  • Continuing education reimbursement and dedicated CE time off
  • Full suite of health and medical benefits
  • Retirement plan with employer matching
  • Loan forgiveness eligibility
