WE’RE HIRING

ShoreFit Training & Rehab is looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide 1-on-1 services in the Long Beach Island area!

This role is perfect for a clinician who values flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality patient care.

THE ROLE

• Provide outpatient-style one-on-one OT care
• Serve clients throughout Long Beach Island/Manahawkin
• Manage a flexible, therapist-controlled schedule
• Treat primarily older adults, neurological conditions, balance, and post-op clients
• Deliver truly personalized, relationship-based care

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

-Licensed Occupational Therapist (NJ)
- Comfortable working independently in both a home care and office setting
- Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
- Interest in neurological conditions, balance, and functional mobility

-$80,000+ base salary (experience dependent)
