Warehouse Supervisor

An international plant-based food manufacturing company is seeking a warehouse supervisor. This position requires 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience with lead role experience.

• $25/hr. Plus full benefits

• Monday – Friday, 09:00 am – 06:00 pm

• Somerset, NJ

Requirements of the Warehouse Supervisor:

• Associate degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred

• 3 - 5 years of warehouse/logistics experience, including lead responsibilities

• Supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred

• Forklift experience (sit‑down and stand‑up)

• OSHA safety certification preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Knowledge of inventory control, shipping/receiving, and safety compliance

• Experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP)

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:

*Oversees efficient storage, handling, and distribution of goods while supervising temporary staff and maintaining accurate inventory and safety standards.

• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training

• Manage inventory levels and coordinate receiving and shipping

• Oversee daily inbound/outbound logistics and order fulfillment

• Enforce safety and regulatory compliance (e.g., OSHA)

• Improve workflows to boost efficiency and reduce costs

• Coordinate with procurement, transportation, and customer service

• Maintain shipment, inventory, and scheduling records

• Resolve delays, damaged goods, and staff issues efficiently

• Perform additional duties as needed

You should be proficient in:

• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Warehouse Experience
• Forklift Licensed
