Overview
Our luxury client is seeking a Temporary Sales Support Associate to assist their retail team during high-traffic event dates at American Dream Mall!
Responsibilities
- Support the sales team during peak traffic periods
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with stock replenishment and inventory organization
- Support fitting room and back-of-house operations as needed
- Process merchandise, restock product, and maintain store presentation standards
- Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive shopping experience
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities as directed by store leadership
Requirements
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed
- Must have their own form of transportation
