CME Associates is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team. • Project Design and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of civil engineering designs, plans, and specifications for various infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, water systems, and land development.
• Site Investigation and Surveys: Conduct fieldwork, site investigations, and surveys to gather data for engineering assessments and project planning.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports, calculations, and presentations to support project deliverables and client communications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure designs and projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, codes, and standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, senior engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals and deadlines.

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Certification: Preferred or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
