Role Overview
LivFit Fitness is looking for a dedicated Certified Personal Trainer to join our semi-private training team. This role is a perfect fit for a professional who values deep client relationships and a structured, supportive studio culture. We provide the platform for you to focus on what you do best—coaching—within an intimate, three-to-one training model. Responsibilities
- Assist in driving personal training revenue
- Coach semi-private training sessions for groups of three clients
- Deliver safe, effective workouts for mixed fitness levels
- Maintain high standards for coaching quality and client experience
- Build accountability and rapport to drive retention
- Track client progress using studio systems
- Support onboarding of new semi-private clients
- Collaborate with leadership to improve session flow and programming
Qualifications
- Current nationally recognized certification (NASM, NSCA, ACE, or ACSM required)
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Minimum 2 years coaching experience preferred
- Small group or semi-private experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
- Ability to coach multiple clients simultaneously
- Professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain
