Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Were hiring a Retail Pharmacist to support an independently owned pharmacy that also specializes in non-sterile compounding. This is a part-time opportunity (34 days/week) with flexible scheduling and the potential for temp-to-perm placement. The pharmacist currently on staff is out on an extended leave, and this role could transition into a full-time, permanent position for the right fit.

Assignment Details:

• Start: ASAP

• Duration: 8+ weeks, temp-to-perm potential

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts between 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

• Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday, plus every other Saturday

• Support: 34 experienced pharmacy technicians on duty

Job Responsibilities:

• Verify and check non-sterile compounded and traditional retail prescriptions

• Supervise technicians and ensure smooth daily operations

• Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and workflow standards

• Provide patient consultation as needed

Requirements:

• Active and unrestricted New Jersey Pharmacist license

• 1+ year of retail pharmacy experience required

• Non-sterile compounding experience is a plus, but not required

• Open to strong and motivated new graduates
