Service Coordinator Position

Pay $20.00 - $21.13/ hourly

We are a telecommunications servicing provider in search to hire a Service Coordinator. We provide telecommunication installations and services to commercial and enterprise level customers throughout the northern and central Jersey areas. The hired Service Coordinator will be performing (but not limited to): taking in service calls for assessments, scheduling our service teams for projects, recommending servicing solutions, documenting needed actions in our proprietary systems application.

This position is an "IN OFFICE" position.

Monday - Fri 8am - 5pm

MUST HOLD

Customer Servicing experience (as this position will deal with phone calls and emails)

Great organizational skills

Scheduling experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Farmingdale, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.13/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Farmingdale,NJ.
