Server
About the role
We are seeking a polished, knowledgeable server to join our front-of-house team. You will be an ambassador of our dining experience — guiding guests through seasonal menus, curated wine pairings, and personalized hospitality that exceeds expectation at every turn.
Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional, attentive dining experience from arrival to farewell
- Present and articulate menus with confidence, including daily specials and chef's tasting options
- Guide guests through our wine and beverage program with informed recommendations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of ingredients, allergens, and preparation techniques
- Collaborate with kitchen and sommelier staff to ensure seamless service execution
- Uphold table setup, presentation, and service standards throughout each shift
- Handle guest feedback and requests with grace and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of server experience in a fine dining or upscale environment
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine fundamentals
- Exceptional communication skills and a genuine warmth for hospitality
- Ability to remain composed and efficient in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification preferred
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
