Your role as an LPN:
- Deliver compassionate nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Observe and report changes in residents' health and emotional status
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other care team members to support resident well-being
- Accurately document care, medications, and observations
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment for residents
