We’re seeking a Web & Data Systems Developer to join our team at our Manalapan, NJ headquarters. This is a lead-level position responsible for managing and advancing our web infrastructure, automations, and data reporting systems across brands. Responsibilities

• Oversee, maintain, and optimize company WordPress websites, ensuring peak performance, security, and scalability.

• Manage and evolve our WordPress-based LMS and training library to enhance franchisee learning experiences.

• Design, build, and optimize high-converting landing pages and funnels in GoHighLevel (GHL) to support marketing campaigns.

• Develop, manage, and automate reporting dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, Power Automate , or similar tools to visualize KPIs, campaign performance, and operational metrics.

• Lead integrations across platforms, connecting websites, CRM systems, analytics tools, and databases for seamless data flow.

• Configure and maintain DNS records for domains, subdomains, and platform integrations.

• Implement and monitor analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and executive teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and data-driven decision-making.

• Document workflows, integrations, and processes to support scalability and cross-departmental understanding.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in web development, systems integration, or related field.

• Proficiency with WordPress site management, content updates, and troubleshooting.

• Solid understanding of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and PHP; page builder experience (Elementor, Divi, etc.) preferred.

• Proven experience building dashboards and automation workflows using Looker Studio, Power BI, Power Automate, or equivalent tools.

• Understanding of APIs and data integrations.

• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) or similar funnel/page builders.

• DNS management experience (MX, CNAME, TXT, A records, etc.).

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field—or equivalent hands-on experience.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with email marketing, deliverability, and CRM integrations.

• Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier or Make.

• Background or interest in the fitness and wellness industry.
