Associate Attorney (Teaneck)

Looking for court room action? Davis, Saperstein & Salomon, P.C. with offices in Teaneck and Pennington, New Jersey is your answer. We are a practice of 25 plaintiff personal injury lawyers seeking to add civil trial lawyers with 2-7 years of experience to work with our existing 12 Certified Civil Trial Attorneys. We invite you to join our current legal talent as part of our expanding practice.

The ideal candidate will work under a firm partner as a litigation team member on cases from inception through settlement or verdict backed up by our experienced case managers and paralegals. Duties include client contact, intakes, drafting of pleadings, discovery demands and responses, depositions, motion practice, arbitrations, settlement negotiations, and potentially serving as first or second seat at jury trials.

As an educational based law firm, we take pride in associate development through onboarding, continuing legal education, weekly training sessions and mentorship programs.

Good writing, organization, computer skills, and work ethic
Strong desire to win results on behalf of injured clients
Strong desire to work with the latest cutting-edge technologies
Second language skills are a plus

Qualifications
Admission to NJ (NY Bar a plus)
Jury Trial Experience a plus
Strong academic background
Past litigation plaintiff or defense litigation experience
Desire to learn and be trained using latest technology
Ability to handle and manage a personal injury case list at all stages
Solid legal knowledge of NJ MVA and premises jurisprudence
Understanding of legal medicine

Compensation details: 75000-165000 Yearly Salary
