Speech-Language Pathologist (Part-Time, In-Office)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-office clinical team. This role is ideal for a motivated and caring New Jersey–licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow – CFY) who is passionate about working with both pediatric and adult clients. You’ll have the opportunity to support children with articulation, language, feeding, and oromyofunctional needs, as well as adults with communication and voice disorders.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, feeding, and voice evaluations for pediatric and adult clients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Provide direct therapy to children with speech/language delays, articulation/phonological disorders, feeding/oral-motor challenges, and AAC needs.
Deliver therapy for adults addressing communication, cognitive-linguistic, and voice disorders.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to support carryover of skills.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports in compliance with professional and insurance standards.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive clinic environment.
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current New Jersey State License in Speech-Language Pathology (required).
CCC-SLP certification preferred; CFY candidates will be considered with appropriate supervision.
Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations (feeding, language, articulation, AAC, or voice).
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-Time, In-Office position located in Maywood, NJ.
Flexible scheduling (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends available).
Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
