Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in early childhood services, offering a year-long contract to cover a maternity leave in a Pre-K setting. The role involves providing targeted speech and language therapy to young learners three days per week, ensuring each child receives personalized support to develop communication skills critical at this formative stage.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) necessary
• Background in school-based speech therapy, particularly with Pre-K children, is highly desirable

Location:

• Early childhood educational setting located in Clementon, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and treat speech and language disorders in Pre-K children
• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each childs needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student progress
• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
