**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate **Location:** Parsippany, NJ 07054 **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM **Pay:** $24-$26/hr **Type:** Temp with potential Temp-to-Hire **Job Description** The Warehouse Associate (WA) is responsible for verifying, processing, and maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. This role prepares items for shipment, ensures accurate inventory management, and supports surgical kit handling. **Key Responsibilities** + Verify and record incoming/outgoing shipments + Compare shipment details against bills of lading, invoices, and orders + Maintain shipping and receiving documentation + Keep the shipping area clean and properly stocked + Assist Operations in checking inventory and recommending product solutions + Accurately receive materials to maintain inventory integrity + Pick orders, record lot numbers, and perform transfers + Pick, pack, and check out surgical kits as needed + Perform additional tasks to support smooth warehouse operations **Skills & Qualifications** + Strong written and verbal communication + Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability + Deadline- and customer-focused + Team-oriented; able to work independently with minimal supervision + High attention to detail + Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems + Ability to safely handle materials, medical devices, and equipment (training provided) + Experience with UPS, FedEx, or similar carriers preferred **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
