What You'll Do

• As a Packaging Specialist, you'll play a key role in preparing finished medical products for shipment and sterilization.
• Verifying line clearance before each packaging run
• Labeling individual and bulk finished products
• Packaging finished goods with the correct boxes, inserts, and instructions
• Completing accurate documentation for labeling, packaging, and sterilization
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant packaging area
• Quarantining materials based on inspection or test results
• Supporting team projects and recommending improvements through proper channels
• This role is perfect for someone who enjoys structured processes, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a clean, well?organized environment.

What You Bring

• Experience in packaging, material handling, or working on a production line
• Familiarity with label printing software
• Experience in a cGMP or regulated manufacturing environment
• Understanding of packaging and labeling processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions with precision
• Your packaging experience is valuable hereand we'll help you build on it.

Work Environment & Schedule

• Location: Mahwah, NJ (Final Packaging Department)
• Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM3:30 PM
• Physical requirements: occasional standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Team?focused, clean, and organized work area

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mahwah, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
