Facilities Maintenance Technician

**Facilities Maintenance Technician position available ($32-36/hr)** **Shifts Available:** 5:30AM-2:30PM or 1:30PM to 10:30PM **Pay:** $32-$36/hr **Job Description** As a Facilities Technician, you will diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems. Your work will adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for everyone. You will also be responsible for maintenance and repairs on building equipment, including air compressors, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and perform preventive maintenance and repairs on powered industrial equipment and conveyor systems. + Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, such as lockout/tagout, to maintain a safe working environment. + Inspect maintenance team work to ensure tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. + Communicate regularly with Facilities Manager and Operations leaders regarding repair work status and its impact on operations. + Ensure smooth shift handoffs to facilitate the continuation of work by the next shift. + Lead and perform project work to support daily warehouse operations. + Coordinate repairs and maintenance with third-party vendors. + Train maintenance team members as needed. + Maintain CMMS, work orders, and inventory management. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Black Seal NJ Boiler License (Preferred) + NJ Electrical License (Preferred) + NJ HVAC License (Preferred) + EPA Technician 608 Certification (Preferred) **Please apply immediately to be considered for this role!** **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Secaucus, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $36.00/hr.
